Pedro is also serving in the Board of Advisors at Catalyst Solutions. Prior to Langeron, Pedro worked at Millward Brown, one of the leading companies in market research, ROI analysis, and brand valuation. He was also Global Market Research Director at Thomson Learning. He consulted with the company’s client service division and senior management on research and analytics for the development of strategies and innovations. Pedro began his career in 1987 working as a business consultant, product manager, and project manager for multinational corporations in the Medical Technology & Science industry such as Royal Phillips Electronics N. V. of the Netherlands and Eastman Kodak Company. He consulted with government agencies on advanced medical technology investments to several Latin American countries. In 1997, he began working for IPG Consulting offering research services in economic development, business growth, investment valuation, and market research. He had consulted to the World Bank Group and Columbia University. During his academic career he has authored and co-authored research and working papers in finance, economic growth, and economics of education. He earned his Ph.D., M.Phil. and M.A. in Economics and Education from Columbia University in the City of New York. He also holds an MBA, a B.Sc. in Finance and a B.Sc. in Health Sciences & Medical Technology. I look forward to leveraging my experience and knowledge in brand research, market analytics and corporate strategy to drive deep insights and understanding of market opportunities. My career began as an International Director for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. There I built our strategic international growth model, which expanded to Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Argentina, and Mexico. For the past 15 years, my focus has been building the sales and profitability of global brands and translating business insights into business results. I have worked in diverse industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, medical, telecommunications, not-for-profit and consulting. A sampling of my experience with Fortune 500 includes Verizon, Procter& Gamble, MillerCoors, Nokia, SAB Miller, Frito Lay, Hershey’s, Diageo, General Mills, Nokia, Amway, PepsiCo, Unilever, Kellogg’s, Kraft and Tropicana among others.I studied medicine at the University of Chile Medical School and continued my training in molecular genetics at the University of Texas. I hold a BS in Molecular Biology and Genetics, an MBA in International Marketing and a Master of Market Research and Statistics. Mohammed began his career with Millward Brown in 2001 in the financial category, and over the years has worked on various industries such as automotive, retail and service category. In the past decade, Mohammed primarily focused on designing and executing market segmentation, brand equity, and marketing effectiveness. He managed the quantitative analysis and was the lead consultant across many industries from automotive to financial services across research disciplines. Mohammed holds a B.Sc. in International Business, and M.A. from American International University.
